Another batch of four Russian Mi-35M attack helicopters has arrived in Belarus. This was announced by the press service of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic.
The First Deputy Commander of the Air Force and Air Defense Forces, Major General Sergey Frolov, noted that the Mi-35M is capable of performing the entire spectrum of combat missions. The helicopters will soon be on combat duty.
The helicopters flew more than a thousand kilometers. The helicopters were ferried by Belarusian pilots. The task was completed successfully.
The Mi-35M helicopter is protected by armor, including from small-caliber artillery shells, which makes it one of the most survivable machines in its class. Due to the combined characteristics of speed, armor, and firepower, the Mi-35 was nicknamed a flying infantry fighting vehicle (IFV) in the troops.
Earlier www1.ru reported that Russian guided aerial bombs deviate from the aiming point by only one meter.
