Crews of Russian Ka-52 "Alligator" helicopters have used Igla-V missiles to destroy kamikaze drones. Footage of combat operations appeared online.

Helicopters of this type have proven themselves well as interceptors. The rotorcraft are equipped with Igla-V missiles with all-aspect two-spectrum infrared homing heads capable of shooting down airborne objects at a range of 5200 meters.

In addition, they are armed with 30-mm rapid-fire 2A42 cannons, which hit at 2500 meters. Ammunition load - 460 rounds.

During the execution of combat missions, crews can eliminate several such air targets.
