According to him, the key problem is the disruption in the supply of components due to the workload of supplier companies, as well as the incompleteness of research and development work related to import substitution.
No amount of money can speed this up.
Oleg Panteleev, Executive Director of Aviaport, believes that the main items of expenditure affecting the timing of aircraft deliveries to carriers have not yet been affected, but we should not forget about real inflation. Therefore, the amount of funds allocated to solving applied problems in the aviation industry needs to be indexed.
