Билайн и Альфа-банк запустили совместный сервис для борьбы с кибермошенниками

If the operator determines that a client is receiving a call from a fraudster, the call is immediately transferred to the bank's support service

Beeline and Alfa-Bank have launched cooperation between their support services. Now, clients of both companies will be able to prevent fraud more quickly and ensure their safety.

If, during a consultation, the operator understands that the client needs the bank's help, they immediately transfer the call to the support service. The client does not need to call the bank themselves and explain the situation again.

Thanks to the joint work of the services, clients can save time and reduce risks. If the problem is detected immediately, the bank promptly responds to potential fraud, which reduces the likelihood of financial losses.

Both support services are available around the clock. They operate regardless of how fraudsters may have gained access to codes from SMS messages. If a client accidentally передал them to third parties, they will be quickly redirected to Alfa-Bank for protection against fraud.

In the first four months of 2025, more than 33,000 people contacted our rapid response team, of which more than 4,900 contacted us about hacking bank accounts. When it comes to fraud, especially with hacking a bank account, every minute counts.
Pyotr Alferov, Director of Anti-Fraud at Beeline

There is no longer any need for repeated explanations — help arrives instantly. The service not only saves time, but also acts proactively, instantly transmitting alarm signals to the bank and minimizing risks. This is a new level of customer care, Alferov noted.

Evgeny Vinokurov, head of the cyber fraud department at Alfa-Bank, stated that telephone fraud is a serious problem faced by many. To effectively counter it, companies need to cooperate.

Previously, Russians themselves named a sure way to scare away fraudsters. You need to ask clarifying questions and show your own awareness.
