The latest fifth-generation Su-57 fighter has received software entirely developed by engineers at the Sukhoi Design Bureau. This was announced by Mikhail Strelets, chief designer of the combat aircraft.
This software is entirely developed by our specialists at the Sukhoi Design Bureau, from the operating system to highly complex programs, including those with elements of artificial intelligence.
According to him, domestic microprocessors of the "Elbrus" architecture are also installed.
We receive the blocks from the manufacturing enterprise, and they come to us completely blank. That is, these are sterile blocks in which there is absolutely nothing. That is, today it is at our enterprise that the foundations and principles of work on improving the Su-57 are formed.
The Su-57 is designed to destroy all types of air, ground, and surface targets. The machine has a supersonic cruising speed, internal armament, radar-absorbing coating (stealth technology), as well as the latest complex of onboard equipment.
Earlier, www1.ru reported that Rostec has delivered new Su-35S fighters to the Russian Aerospace Forces.
