The Northern Fleet frigate "Admiral Golovko" of Project 22350 has completed its first long voyage and returned to its base in Severomorsk. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Defense.

The frigate began its long voyage on November 2, 2024, and it lasted 186 days.

The commander of the Northern Fleet, Konstantin Kabantsov, congratulated the sailors who participated in the long voyage on the successful completion of all tasks and their return home.

"Admiral Golovko" was built according to the project of the Northern Design Bureau (part of the USC) at the "Severnaya Verf" shipyard in St. Petersburg. The frigate is equipped with hypersonic anti-ship "Zircon" missiles. In December 2023, it was put into operation and put into service with the Russian Navy.
