No surprise: the latest Su-57 fighter will not participate in the Victory Parade in Moscow

Su-30SM, MiG-29 and Su-25 were spotted at the rehearsal of the air part of the ceremony

A rehearsal of the air part of the parade for the 80th anniversary of Victory took place in Moscow. Eyewitnesses of the spectacle published videos of military aircraft flying by on social networks.

The footage shows smoke in the colors of the Russian flag trailing behind one of the groups of aircraft. The Russian Knights aerobatic team on Su-30SM, the Swifts on MiG-29 fighters, and a group of six Su-25 attack aircraft took part in the flyby over the center of Moscow. The latter painted the sky in the colors of the Russian tricolor.

The flyby of aircraft became part of the general rehearsal of the Victory Parade - military personnel marched in formation across Red Square, and samples of military equipment also drove through the center of Moscow.

Major General of Aviation Sergei Lipovoy stated that the new fifth-generation Su-57 fighter could also be shown in the air part of the Victory Parade on May 9 on Red Square, but it was not at the rehearsal. What exactly will be the main surprise of the event is still unknown. It is likely that the public will be presented with the Oreshnik medium-range ballistic missile for the first time.

Earlier www1.ru reported that Russian unmanned strike boats will be armed with Skvorets-VMF kamikaze drones.
