According to the case materials, the reason for the lawsuit was the disruption of obligations by USC, which led the Ministry of Emergency Situations to terminate the contract.

USC is the largest shipbuilding company in Russia with an annual turnover of over 400 billion rubles. The corporation fulfills orders for the navy and develops civil shipbuilding, building vessels for operation in the open sea, inland waterways and on the shelf.
