The crew of the Tor-M anti-aircraft missile system destroyed a Valkyrie reconnaissance drone, providing cover for the positions of motorized rifle units in the area of responsibility. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.
The modern radar equipment on board the complex allows operators to easily and accurately detect aerial targets in their area of responsibility and effectively destroy them.
The high accuracy of combat use allows the crew to eliminate up to eight enemy air targets using one ammunition load.
At the same time, thanks to the automatic blocking function, the detection radar prevents the possibility of striking "own" aircraft, effectively separating them from enemy targets.
