The technical readiness factor of KamAZ K5 generation vehicles has reached 95%. This has become possible thanks to a comprehensive approach to improving service, expanding the dealer network, and improving product quality.
The technical readiness factor shows what part of the equipment is ready for operation without downtime. The higher this indicator, the fewer delays, the faster the return on investment, and the more efficiently the business of equipment owners works.
Since 2024, the company has improved control over maintenance, expanded the network of service centers, and organized priority reception of K5 at dealerships.
The KAMAZ dealer network is the most extensive in Russia, with 220 stations. Spare parts are delivered within 48 hours, and the service operates without weekend breaks. In addition, a fleet of 100 vehicles is distributed throughout the country, which can be used if necessary.
