The prototype of the TVRS-44 Ladoga regional aircraft is planned to be assembled by the end of 2025. After that, flight tests will begin, Gennady Abramenkov, Deputy Head of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, said at a meeting of the Federation Council Committee on Economic Policy.
The prototype should be assembled by the end of the year. Then we will proceed to flight tests — first debugging, then certification.
Experimental design work on the TVRS-44 Ladoga began in 2021. By the end of 2022, the appearance of the aircraft was approved and the stage of issuing working design documentation was completed.
Currently, prototype aircraft are being built for flight and strength tests, and a full-size model of the aircraft has also been built.
Earlier www1.ru reported that a unified maintenance system for Baikal, Osvey, and Ladoga aircraft will appear in Russia.
