Two Ambulifts Based on KAMAZ Compass-9 Chassis Delivered to Sheremetyevo Airport

Equipment for boarding disabled people onto aircraft was manufactured by the Gird plant in Miass

The "Gird" plant (Miass, Chelyabinsk region) has manufactured two ambulifts for boarding disabled people onto aircraft based on the KAMAZ Compass-9 chassis. The equipment was sent to Sheremetyevo Airport in Moscow.

The ambulifts are designed to service aircraft of various sizes. The platform can be raised to a height of 2.4 m to 5.8 m.

The design of the ambulifts includes a scissor lift mechanism mounted on a chassis with hydraulic supports. The equipment will allow transporting passengers, boarding/disembarking.
