The famous "Loaf" has been adapted into a mobile mosque for praying in the field. An unusual version of the popular Russian all-terrain vehicle was presented in Kazan to the head of Tatarstan.
The interior of the car has been converted. It now has shelves for books and boxes for storing religious paraphernalia. The interior space of the car is also equipped with thermal and waterproofing, improved noise protection and carpeted floors.
The unusual version of the "Loaf" is based on the UAZ-2206 model. The new car differs from standard models with air conditioning on the roof.
Two such vehicles have already been handed over to the military. The equipment of the unusual "Loaf" also includes electronic warfare equipment and a compass.
Alexey Spirin, General Director of the Ulyanovsk Automobile Plant, noted that the car will continue to be produced.
Earlier www1.ru reported that UAZ refused to discontinue the legendary "Loaf".
