Rare footage has appeared online showing the loading of aerial bombs with a universal planning and correction module (UPCM) onto a Su-34 front-line fighter-bomber.
The photos show a special loader hooking the bomb and carrying it to the point of suspension of the combat aircraft, and then attaching it "under the wing."
The new version of the gliding FAB-1500 is equipped with a specialized aerodynamic fairing to provide a range of 45+ km in gliding mode.
Characteristics of FAB-1500 M-54:
Length — 2765 mm, diameter — 630 mm, stabilizer span — 792 mm (with over-caliber strips), application altitude — up to 16000 m, application speed — up to 1200 km/h.
