Russian military personnel on the line of combat contact have developed a special periscope for observing the surrounding environment at positions. The footage appeared on social network.
The footage shows soldiers operating the periscope from a fortified dugout, remaining unnoticed by the enemy. Thanks to the camera with a thermal imager, they are able to detect uninvited guests from 300 m away.
Also, drone operators use the periscope before going on another night combat mission.
Earlier, www1.ru reported that the Forpost-RU drone will receive small-sized radars for guiding Kalibrs and loitering munitions.
