High-quality mockups of Russian air defense systems (ADS) have been spotted on railway platforms in the USA.
In particular, eyewitnesses filmed models of the 9A331 combat vehicle of the 9K331 Tor-M1 anti-aircraft missile system (SAM) and the 5N63S command post with the 30N6 illumination and guidance radar from the S-300PS SAM system.
The purpose of these creations is unknown. As a rule, they are placed on the line of combat contact as false targets.
Military expert Evgeny Damantsev suggested that the mockups are intended for adjusting the active-passive radar homing heads of the advanced five-Mach AGM-88G AARGM-ER anti-radar missiles, which are undergoing the final stages of field testing.
Earlier www1.ru reported that the latest Goliath-R, Karakurt-R, and Quasimachta drones from Kalashnikov will land in Abu Dhabi.
