A Rostec Center has begun issuing electronic signatures to Russian citizens abroad as part of the "Rodina" card project, implemented jointly with Rossotrudnichestvo, the state corporation's "Analytical Center," and TASS.
The digital document provides citizens with the opportunity to remotely access Russian public services, participate in electronic voting, process documents, and interact with government bodies.
The first electronic signature was issued in the capital of Uzbekistan. The pilot project will continue until the end of 2025, allowing Russian citizens abroad to actively use the services available on the public services portal.
This step significantly eases the lives of citizens abroad, providing a convenient and secure way to interact with Russian government structures and process documents remotely.
