Для очистки Черного моря от мазута: «Аэрощуп» модернизируют в ТГУ

The development will allow to do without chemical reagents and soil extraction

Tomsk State University (TSU), together with Yuzhmorgeologiya, plans to develop a fundamentally new deep-sea technology for cleaning bottom sediments of the Black Sea from fuel oil — "Aeroshchup — Sea" within a year. This was reported by the university's press service.

The new device will operate on the basis of a past invention — "Aeroshchup."

A distinctive feature of the new solution will be the use of robotic systems. Remotely controlled drones will operate at depths of up to 100 m.

In parallel, specialists are working on changing the design of the "Aeroshchup". This allows cleaning in an environmentally friendly way without removing soil and using chemical reagents.

Earlier www1.ru reported that "chemical shepherds" will clean the sea from fuel oil.
