Разработана IT-платформа для восстановления речи после инсульта

Project Implemented as a Telegram Bot

Young scientists from MIPT and Rybakov University have created an IT system to help people with strokes recover their speech. The project is a Telegram bot.

A platform solution for speech and cognitive rehabilitation for people with brain function disorders was presented by a master's student at the Rybakov Global University and MIPT, together with interested speech therapists and a team of proactive specialists.

The SayMo project aims to address problems arising from strokes and traumatic brain injuries. These problems can manifest as speech impairments, memory loss, attention deficits, and communication difficulties.

The bot's audience includes not only people with speech impairments, but also their loved ones, who can use the platform to select tasks and improve communication with their family member. The program can also be useful for specialists in the field of speech therapy and neuropsychology. It helps them select materials and supports patients' motivation to restore speech.

The Russian artificial intelligence market in healthcare is actively growing, but is still in the process of formation.

Earlier, a SMS notification service became available in all adult hospitals in Moscow that have switched to a digital documentation model. Relatives of patients who are in intensive care will be able to find out about the health status of patients via message.
