The Russian military has established a new unified communication system both within a specific unit and with adjacent formations. The development allowed them to receive reconnaissance data from unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) to the command post in real time.
The commander of the combined artillery group of special forces with the call sign Press noted that communication for the military is the "nerve of a combat organism", and the main requirements for it are stability and security.
The system allows broadcasting footage from reconnaissance quadcopters directly to the command post. As a result, the time from the moment the UAV detects a target to the decision to destroy it is reduced significantly.
The chief of artillery instantly makes a decision to engage the target, chooses a method - artillery or using an FPV drone, contacts the necessary combat crew and gives target designation.
Earlier www1.ru reported that the concern "Kalashnikov" has developed two new modifications of the AK-12 assault rifle.
