The Ministry of Digital Development has supported the proposal to create an emergency services button on the "Gosuslugi" portal.
The Ministry of Digital Development of Russia conceptually supports the initiative and proposes further testing and development on the EPGU of typical solution services for the region to coordinate actions in an emergency.
The initiator of the idea was Deputy Dmitry Gusev, who proposed placing a "help button" on the main page of the portal and in the mobile application.
The ministry noted that the implementation of this project will require technical improvements, in which the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the FSB, the National Guard, and the Ministry of Health should participate.
