Telecom operator MTS has introduced its first specialized gaming console for cloud gaming — MTS Fog Play. This device promises to revolutionize the gaming experience, allowing users to turn any TV into a full-fledged gaming center.
According to information from the company's press service, the console provides access to more than 2000 computer games, making it an excellent choice for gamers. The device easily connects to the HDMI input of a TV, projector, or monitor, and requires a stable internet connection with a speed of 30 Mbps or more and authorization by phone number in the MTS Fog Play service for a comfortable game.
The console also supports watching movies and TV channels in 4K quality. It comes pre-installed with the Kion application, and it is also possible to install any other applications for Android TV, which makes it a universal multimedia device.
Fog Play runs on an operating system optimized for cloud gaming and includes a special gaming mode. Inside the console is a powerful SoC Amlogic S905Y4, 2 GB of RAM and 8 GB of built-in flash memory, which ensures high performance and fast loading of games.
The set-top box comes with a wireless gamepad, remote control, power adapter and HDMI cable. The device costs 4990 rubles.
