Footage has emerged online of two Kh-47M2 "Kinzhal" aeroballistic missiles striking a camouflaged IRIS-T SLM short- and medium-range SAM system platoon near firing positions.
Two missiles moving along ballistic or quasi-ballistic trajectories executed a dive at an angle of about 90 degrees at a speed of 600-800 m/s. They hit the launcher and the combat control center of the IRIS-T SLM SAM system platoon.
The strike could also have been carried out by Kh-58UShK multi-purpose anti-radar missiles with INS, GLONASS correction, and an active radar seeker. Their flight parameters, including a speed after solid propellant rocket motor burnout of about 4-4.5M and a range of 270 km, provide the Kh-58UShK with a modernization potential for conversion into a multi-purpose aeroballistic missile with appropriate INS modifications.
Earlier, www1.ru reported that the KamAZ-43269 "Vystrel" universal military armored vehicle has been modernized for modern combat conditions, receiving electronic warfare systems and drone protection.
