Sales of used cars in Russia are showing steady growth. In November 2023, 524.5 thousand units were sold, which is 14.5% more compared to the same period last year. The statistics were provided by the analytical agency "Autostat."
The domestic brand Lada leads the used car market, with 135.9 thousand cars sold in November. Toyota is in second place with 52.3 thousand cars sold, and Kia (29.1 thousand units) and Hyundai (27.8 thousand cars) round out the top three.
Interestingly, there were no Chinese brands in the top 10 most popular models in the secondary market in November.
The ranking is as follows:
- Lada 2107 — 13.4 thousand cars sold.
- Lada 2114 «Samara-2» — 10.6 thousand.
- Kia Rio — 9.9 thousand.
- Hyundai Solaris — 9.9 thousand.
- Lada 4x4 «Niva» — 9.9 thousand.
- Lada Priora — 9.4 thousand.
- Ford Focus — 9.4 thousand.
- Toyota Corolla — 8.4 thousand.
- Toyota Camry — 7.5 thousand
- Lada 2110 — 7.3 thousand.
