At the Vietnam Defence Expo 2024, Rosoboronexport presented for the first time outside of Russia the Rubezh-ME tactical coastal missile system with the Kh-35UE missile.
The complex integrates four transport and launch containers, radar, fire control, communication and combat control devices on a single platform.
Rosoboronexport corresponds to the concept of a "missile boat on wheels", which involves placing all means on a single platform.
Main characteristics of "Rubezh-ME":

- Maximum speed — 75 km/h
- Crew — 2 people
- Firing range — 260 km
- Number of missiles — 4 units
- Missile flight speed — 0.85 M
- Target detection range: active radar — up to 100 km, passive radar — up to 450 km
