The frequency of using AI to process calls from unknown numbers has increased by 145%. The main reasons for this trend are convenience, as well as the desire to avoid communicating with unfamiliar subscribers, and concern about unwanted calls.
On average, each user forwards about 55 calls to voicemail per month. This allows you to focus on more important things without being distracted by unnecessary conversations.
Interestingly, communication preferences vary depending on age. People aged 35-55 are more likely to prefer traditional phone calls, while young people aged 14-30 prefer messengers and voice messages.
The survey also showed that women are more wary of calls from unknown numbers: 31% of them experience anxiety, while among men this figure is only 20%.
MTS emphasizes that the use of AI secretaries is becoming not only a convenient, but also a necessary tool for managing phone calls in the modern world.
