Жалит смертельно: новейшую турель «Комар» для борьбы с морскими дронами разработали в России

It will be shown at the exhibition in Hanoi

Russia has developed a modernized Komar turret installation to combat sea drones. It will be shown at the international Vietnam Defence Expo 2024 in Vietnam.

The turret installation is lightweight and can be placed on ships and boats with a displacement of 50 tons or more. It is not only an effective means of combating air attacks, but also unmanned sea drones.

This became possible due to the fact that, in addition to 9M342 Igla-S missiles, the installation included 9M120 1 Ataka missiles.

The updated version of the Komar is equipped with a gyro-stabilization system, which allows adapting the use of missiles in marine conditions. Target tracking and missile launch can be carried out both automatically and manually.

Vietnam Defence Expo 2024 will be held from December 19 to 22.

Earlier, www1.ru reported that the Russian Aerospace Forces called for equipping the 48Ya6-K1 Podlet-K1 radar with the ability to detect heavy A-22 UAVs and SCALP-EG missiles.
