The "Captain" technical small-sized complex has been developed in Russia. They are designed for reconnaissance and demining, and the new products will be presented at the exhibition in Expocentre in Moscow.
Developed by the Central Research and Development Institute of Robotics and Technical Cybernetics. "Captain" has a remote control range of up to 1,200 m, a speed of up to 5 km/h and an autonomous operating time of up to 6 hours on a single battery charge.
The original chassis design using two steam active drive levers allows the platform to easily overcome various obstacles - deep snow and dense grass, blockages, stair flights, steep slopes, cracks and ledges.
Earlier www1.ru reported that the rarest BMD-3 was spotted during transportation by a tank truck, a total of 137 units were sent .
