The improvement of the Su-57's stealth characteristics was predicted in the American publication Military Watch Magazine (MWM).
Journalists drew attention to the fighter jet's footage with the new AL-51F1 engine ("Product 30") and a flat nozzle, which will reduce visibility in the infrared range.
The integration of the AL-51F1 engine will facilitate supersonic flights, increase stealth, reduce maintenance needs and operating costs, and increase the power of onboard subsystems such as radars.
The authors summarized that the AL-51F1 engines will make the Su-57 one of the most thrust-vectoring fifth-generation fighters.
