Wildberries начнёт выдавать заказы в газетных киосках

The size of parcels should not exceed 35x45x38 centimeters, and the cost of goods should not exceed 10,000 rubles

Wildberries and Russ are launching a joint project to test the issuance of orders in newspaper kiosks. For now, this method of receiving purchases will be available at 26 locations in four cities: Moscow, St. Petersburg, Voronezh, and Tver.

There are certain restrictions for orders issued in kiosks:

  • the size of the parcel should not be more than 35 cm in length, 45 cm in width, and 38 cm in height;
  • the cost of the goods should not exceed 10,000 rubles;
  • the order storage period is three days;
  • fitting is not available.

Delivery to kiosks is free.

The time it takes to deliver an order to the pick-up point will depend on the location of the logistics center from which the order is sent. If the received product does not suit the buyer, they can arrange a return at any pick-up point of the marketplace. You can also call a courier to arrange a return.

Earlier, www1.ru reported that Wildberries and Russ are launching an innovative goods return system using QR codes, which significantly simplifies the procedure for customers. From now on, customers can return goods to any pick-up point (PVZ), and not only to the one where they were received, as before.
