Ключ от неба комплекс «Подлет-К1»: зачем ЗРК С-400 нужна эта новейшая РЛС

Detects any targets, even at extremely low altitudes

"Podlet-K1" (48Ya6-K1) is a low-altitude mobile radar complex for detecting ballistic and aerodynamic objects. It was developed by the Almaz-Antey Air Defense Concern, and the radar's pilot tests began in 2010.

The first deliveries of the "Podlet-K1" radar to air defense troops began in 2015. It is a solid-state three-coordinate S-band circular-scan radar for detecting and tracking targets at low and extremely low altitudes in natural and jammed environments.

The radar provides automatic detection, coordinate determination, acquisition, and tracking of any aerodynamic targets, including low-observable ones, as well as determining national identity and providing information to external users.

Characteristics of the "Podlet-K1" Radar:

  • Radiation frequency range — centimeter
  • Number of simultaneously detected targets — 200
  • Range — 10-200 km
  • Maximum target detection altitude — 9 km
  • Target speed — up to 4400 km/h
  • Space scan period — 5 and 10 seconds
  • Rejection ratio of reflections from local objects — 50 dB
  • Deployment (folding) time of the complex's assets — 20 min
  • Radar activation time — 3 min
