A new product line has been launched at the facilities of JSC "TsNIITOCHMASH" (part of the Kalashnikov concern): civilian equipment for outdoor enthusiasts. According to the concern's press service, all these products are "made taking into account the high standards and experience in development, in particular, the "Ratnik" combat equipment for military personnel".
The line includes everything that tourists, hunters, fishermen, and mountain climbers may need: compact tents, backpacks, sleeping bags, blankets and capes, motorcycle covers, and other goods.
The quality and reliability of the products are high, since military equipment requires careful attention to detail and methods of connecting them at all stages: from development to delivery to the customer. TsNIITOCHMASH, if the buyer is interested, is ready to provide batches of different volumes, and, if necessary, modify the products.
This is not the only example of the concern's work in the direction of diversification of defense industry enterprises. "Kalashnikov" is actively creating a line of civilian products at its enterprises: from drones and extremely durable in operation hemostatic bandages to satellite elements, pulse collectors and gas compressor equipment.
