Производителей дронов в технополисе «Эра» освободили от уплаты НДС

However, there are several conditions for the preferences

The State Duma has approved a law exempting residents of the "Era" military innovation technopolis from paying value-added tax and income tax for a period of 10 years. Unmanned aerial vehicles are being developed on its territory, including for civilian needs.

However, there are certain conditions for this. Tax benefits will be available to organizations from the moment they are included in the register of technopolis participants, and companies will be able to take advantage of the benefits provided that the legal entity is registered no earlier than the beginning of the calendar year preceding the year of application for inclusion in the register.

The effect of the relief also ceases when a resident company reaches revenue of 1 billion rubles, calculated from the beginning of the year of obtaining the status of a technopolis participant on an accrual basis.

The law also provides for the introduction of reduced rates of insurance contributions for employees of companies participating in the technopolis, while in order to receive preferences, organizations must not apply the simplified taxation system. The new legal norm will enter into force on January 1, 2025.
