The Chinese company Haval intends to significantly expand production at its site in the Tula region. From 2025, when the modernization is completed, the company will be able to produce up to 200,000 cars per year.

According to him, investments in the expansion were made during the year, but Akifyev did not disclose their exact amount.
The Haval enterprise is located in the Uzlovaya industrial park, which is located in the Tula region. Production was launched in 2019. At the beginning of its activity, the plant was able to produce up to 150,000 cars annually. Currently, the company produces Haval Jolion, Haval Dargo, Haval F7 and Haval H3 models.
Earlier www1.ru wrote about Haval's plans to produce engines in the Tula region. The construction of the plant has been delayed. It was originally planned that it would start operating in 2022.
As a reminder, the agreement with state authorities to open the plant was concluded in September 2020. The company invested 42 billion rubles in production facilities in Russia.
