A draft law on the possibility of issuing an electronic notification of a traffic accident through "Gosuslugi" for OSAGO holders has been submitted to the State Duma. The draft law was placed in the Duma database.
Currently, a traffic accident can be registered using special mobile applications, such as "Gosuslugi.Avto" and "Assistant OSAGO".
The innovation will increase the number of electronic notifications of traffic accidents that can be issued without involving traffic police officers and filling out paper forms. The implementation of the provisions stipulated in the draft federal law will not cause negative socio-economic, financial and other consequences, according to the explanatory note.
