Ростех запустил в СКФО первый проект цеховой медицины

A multidisciplinary clinic has opened in Stavropol, becoming the first in the framework of the in-shop medicine project in the Caucasus

Rostec has launched the first in-shop medicine project in the North Caucasus Federal District. The "Centraviamed" (CAM) multidisciplinary clinic has opened at the Stavropol Radio Plant "Signal". This plant became the first in the North Caucasus Federal District to implement the in-shop medicine project. Previously, three similar clinics had already successfully started operating at KRET plants in Tambov, Kaluga Region, and Ulyanovsk. As part of the industrial medicine development program, "Centraviamed" has opened a total of 75 health centers and clinics at Rostec enterprises.

As part of the in-shop medicine program, Rostec employees regularly undergo preventive examinations. Based on their results, a further trajectory of health support or rehabilitation of a particular specialist is formed. In accordance with the recommendations of doctors, an employee can receive a referral for rest or treatment, and it is also possible to adjust his work schedule and revise job responsibilities. Ensuring the social protection of employees is one of the key elements of attracting and retaining qualified personnel.

In Stavropol, the medical center is located on an area of 400 square meters and is equipped with the most modern equipment. More than 20 specialists work here. The main task of the team of doctors is the early detection of signs of the impact of production factors on the health of the team and the timely provision of medical care.
