Russia is capable of launching over 100 ballistic missiles per month, although Western analysts spoke about a decrease in its production capabilities due to sanctions. This is according to Bulgarian Military.
As Bulgarian Military notes, Russia has been actively developing its defense industry in recent years. Even with limited access to Western technologies, the country has created its own industrial infrastructure capable of producing the main electronic components for ballistic missiles.
Specialists from "Micron" have developed microchips designed to replace Western counterparts used in weapons. The company "Angstrem" has started production of a number of electronic components, including logic circuits.
In addition, Russia has an analogue of GPS — the GLONASS navigation system. It provides accurate positioning for ballistic missiles.
GLONASS-based control and navigation systems are already integrated into new generation Russian missiles. Another factor contributing to sustainable missile production is the availability of its own materials and alloys.
The country has significant resources for the production of high-quality alloyed steels and titanium, which are crucial for missile production.
