AvtoVAZ continues to improve working conditions at its enterprises. The assembly conveyor for LADA Vesta cars has received a travellator. This concerns the section between the fifth and sixth insertions, where a large number of posts are located. Now it will be easier to assemble cars.
Without the travellator, workers were forced to move behind the car body, walking backwards. Now people no longer have to move backwards. After the appearance of the travellator, employees move forward together with the body, without taking steps back. The assembly process has become more ergonomic.
AvtoVAZ plans not to be limited to this and to install travellators on other conveyor lines. Representatives of the plant call such an improvement in work a manifestation of production flexibility.
Earlier www1.ru wrote that an ideal repair section with polymer machines and a recreation room appeared at AvtoVAZ. In addition, during the corporate vacation period, production in Togliatti was modernized.
