Train waiting time will be reduced up to 6 times

Moscow Central Diameters (MCD) will be extended to four regions — Kaluga, Smolensk, Tula and Yaroslavl. This was announced by the Mayor of Moscow, Sergei Sobyanin.

We have built four MCDs, and now they will be extended to the nearest regions: Kaluga Region, Smolensk, Tula, Yaroslavl Region. The interval of train traffic will decrease from 2 to 6 times, the waiting time for a train in the regions of the Central Transport Hub will decrease up to 6 times.

According to the head of the capital, it is planned to make railway transport more comfortable for 11 regions by 2023 thanks to the development of the Central Transport Hub.

Earlier www1.ru reported that an unmanned "Lastochka" was put on the rails.
