The tool for quick and seamless data transfer for companies from third-party services has been available since the beginning of September. It covers both Russian services and popular foreign systems: Google, Microsoft, and others.
It is important for companies to ensure the stable operation of internal services and teams. To simplify the data transfer process, we have implemented a simple and convenient corporate system migration tool in VK WorkSpace. This will help businesses solve security and reliable data storage tasks without interrupting employee work.
VK notes that with this data transfer to VK WorkSpace:
- the process takes place in the background and does not interfere with the work of teams;
- companies will be able to transfer data for up to 20,000 users at once;
- documents, spreadsheets, and presentations are automatically converted into familiar formats. Users will be able to edit them online and manage access within the company, as before in previous services;
- most of the usual parameters from previous services, such as calendar appointments, emails, and document organization in storage, will be preserved.
Previously, VK WorkSpace opened access to the API for data backup. VK WorkSpace services are included in the register of domestic software and can be used by large state corporations.
