Specialists from the Lipetsk-based NPO "Kilowatt" presented an electronic warfare (EW) system for protecting against drones, made in a "car top carrier" body, at the All-Russian Rally of Combat Unmanned Systems Operators "Drone-2024." It is already being used by Russian military personnel.
A representative of the developing company explained that the EW system protects light vehicles from FPV drone attacks.
The box is mounted on the roof of the car. The product has already been tested and has confirmed its effectiveness. The cost of the EW system is 1 million rubles.
The company also presented protection equipment for road (orange car top carrier) and agricultural machinery (light green car top carrier).
"Drone-2024" is being held this year from September 6 to 8 in Veliky Novgorod. BAS experts, as well as independent developers, are present at the site to discuss the development of unmanned aviation.
