The order of the Ministry of Health, which extends the transition to its electronic version for a year, has entered into force. This means that until September 1, 2025, when applying for a job, you can submit a medical record to the employer among your documents both in paper and electronic form. Now, an electronic medical record can be obtained independently on the "Gosuslugi" portal or at the clinic at the place of attachment.
A personal (sanitary) medical record confirms the professional suitability of the owner for certain types of work. It needs to be updated regularly. Now it must be mandatory for everyone who works:
- with food products in the process of their production, storage, transportation and sale:
- in organizations of food and processing industries;
- in agriculture;
- at points, bases, warehouses;
- in transport organizations;
- in trade organizations;
- in catering organizations;
- in food units;
- in the preparation of water at waterworks facilities and maintenance of water supply networks;
- in organizations related to the upbringing and education of children;
- in organizations related to public utilities;
- in organizations related to consumer services.
Administrative responsibility is provided for working in these areas without a personal medical record. If a person changes the field of activity, the medical record also needs to be changed: undergo a medical examination and hygienic certification.
