Russia and Belarus hold exercises at the Ashuluk training ground

Military personnel from a unit of the 8th Radio Technical Brigade of the Armed Forces of Belarus are conducting continuous radar reconnaissance at the Ashuluk training ground in the Astrakhan region. Maneuvers are taking place here with the participation of Russian military personnel, the Ministry of Defense of the republic reported.

According to the commander of the 8th Radio Technical Brigade, Alexei Motol, combat firing of Russian S-300 and Tor-M2 anti-aircraft missile systems (SAM) will take place at the training ground. The combat capabilities of these systems can be realized in cooperation with units of radio technical troops, he added.
