Картеры для механических коробок передач начали производить в Нижегородской области

They will be installed on Sollers Argo trucks

In the Nizhny Novgorod region, serial production of aluminum housings for gearboxes has begun at the Zavolzhsky Motor Plant. These parts will be installed on manual transmissions designed for Sollers Argo light-duty trucks.

The production of auto components has been established at the facilities of the company's industrial partner, "Sollers Transmission Production" — the "RosALit" plant. The production plan for this year is eight thousand housings. In the future, it is planned to increase production.

It should be noted that the production of gearboxes and parts for them is financed by the state. For example, the Industrial Development Fund provided "Sollers" with a preferential loan of 564 million rubles. In total, 710 million rubles were required to finance the project. The funds were used to purchase equipment and technological tools, as well as to launch and debug the technological process.
