The "Ruselectronics" holding (part of Rostec) has created an electronic warfare system for unmanned aerial vehicles "SERP-VS6D". During testing, the product showed high efficiency against both single drones and group drone attacks.
Rostec noted that, compared to other products in the "SERP-VS6D" line, it operates on the maximum number of frequencies. Through six different communication channels, it provides effective suppression of drones.
Instant digital processing algorithms and a high-precision detector allow detecting and identifying UAVs, including FPV drones, minimizing false positives and missing targets.
If drones are detected, the device manually or automatically activates a system for guaranteed suppression of radio signals from targets located at a distance of up to 5 km. At the time of activation, radio signals are suppressed in all available ranges – the suppression function remains off the rest of the time.
Earlier www1.ru reported that the PD-2900 twin-engine drone from the Geran line with Su-57 coloring was developed in China. The declared flight duration is 12 hours with a range of up to 2500 km and a speed of up to 250 km/h.
