Russia Develops New Vibrating Table for Bulk Materials

The number of oscillations is regulated by supplying air to the vibrator

The "Kingisepp Machine-Building Plant" is once again helping the Russian industry with import substitution ideas. Specialists of the SKB-2 bureau "Hoisting Devices" have developed a domestic vibrating table for sifting. It is suitable for both the food and chemical industries: wherever there are bulk, granular or cylindrical products. After sifting on a vibrating table, it fits evenly and completely into the container.

The vibrating table consists of a frame on a roller support, two wheel pairs and a plate with a pneumatic linear vibrator F85, which gives the table an oscillating motion. The number of oscillations is regulated by supplying air to the vibrator. The vibrator is powered by a network compressor.

According to the manufacturers, the amplitude of the vibrating table is up to 25 mm, the number of oscillations is from 50 to 150 per minute, the air pressure is at least 3 atm, and the air consumption is up to 580 l/min.

If necessary, the vibrating table can be included in a conveyor with a conveyor belt. In this case, both automatic and manual control are possible.

The company is not implementing developments in the field of import substitution for the first time. For example, it owns the creation of import-substituted printers for printing foundry cores, torque levers for aircraft, tracks for drilling rigs.
