Specialists of JSC "Concern Radio-Electronic Technologies" (KRET, part of the Rostec State Corporation) have developed modern ultra-fast charging stations (UFCS) "FORA". They will be installed in the south of Moscow to charge electric buses. This was reported by the corporation's press service.
Features of the "FORA" charging station:
- Power — 300 kW
- Operation at temperatures from -40°C to +40°C
- Protection against impulse overvoltages
- Insulation control
- Lightning protection
- Ventilation and fire extinguishing systems
- Blocking against unauthorized access
- Anti-vandal protection
- Service life — at least 15 years
Ultra-fast stations will be installed for the first time in Moscow near the "Varshavskaya" metro station. "FORA" will ensure the smooth operation of urban transport.
Less powerful "FORA" charging stations (22 kW, 50 kW and 150 kW) from KRET were presented at the "RENWEX. Energy Saving, Green Energy and Electric Transport" exhibition in Moscow in June. They are produced at the "State Ryazan Instrument Plant".
