«Ядерный поезд-призрак»: Россия может вернуться к производству боевого железнодорожного ракетного комплекса «Баргузин»

The Barguzin BZHRK Can Carry Up to 6 Missiles with a Special Warhead

Russian President Vladimir Putin recently stated the need to produce medium and short-range missiles (SRBM) against the backdrop of the United States deploying its missiles in various locations around the globe. Our arsenal includes several powerful missiles that can be mass-produced. It is possible that Russia will dust off earlier but promising projects, such as the Barguzin combat railway missile system. This is according to military observer Sergei Marzhetsky.

Combat Railway Missile System

The Russian railway complex is called the "nuclear ghost train" in the West.

The Barguzin represents one of the most serious threats to NATO, as it is externally indistinguishable from a regular train, meaning it cannot be guaranteed to be destroyed by a preemptive strike.
Sergei Marzhetsky, military observer

According to the expert, one BZHRK can transport up to 6 intercontinental ballistic missiles with a special warhead, moving them up to 1000 km per day. It is these ghost trains that will be able to deter Western aggression, Marzhetsky emphasized.

It is possible that in the new geopolitical realities, this project will be given a second chance
Sergei Marzhetsky, military observer
