Выстреливающий рукав с 725 кг взрывчатки: названа уникальная особенность робота-сапёра «Челнок»

The company "MobiDik" has developed a mine-clearing robot based on the "Phoenix" all-terrain vehicle

The Kurgan company "MobiDik" has developed an electric unmanned demining unit (EBUR) "Shuttle" based on its own all-terrain vehicle "Phoenix." Unlike other mine-clearing robots, it does not have a trawl and uses a different method to clear the area of minefields.

Features of the "Shuttle" mine-clearing robot:

  • power plant based on a lithium-polymer battery with a capacity of 25 kWh
  • 2 electric motors EM1-02.000 with a power of 50 kW each
  • silent operation
  • minimal heat radiation
  • battery charge lasts for 5-6 hours
  • maximum speed is 50 km/h
  • can move on soft and hard ground
  • remote control system
  • the range of the system, depending on the communication method, can reach several kilometers
  • non-contact

The uniqueness of the "Shuttle" lies in its method of demining. On its roof is a UR-83P launcher. An elongated charge of the UZP-77 type is used to neutralize mines and shells. The product is a sleeve filled with 725 kg of explosives. When the mine-clearing robot releases the charge, it flies up to 500 m.

The "Shuttle" has already passed factory tests. In the near future, it will be sent to the troops for testing in real combat conditions.
