Russian Military Uses "Frog" Ground Kamikaze Drone

Self-propelled device capable of hitting targets at a distance of over three kilometers

Russian military personnel on the front lines have for the first time used the "Frog" remote ground kamikaze complex. This was reported by the press service of the Russian Ministry of Defense.

The soldiers attached several mines to the unmanned self-propelled platform, then covertly directed it to the identified target and carried out the detonation, while remaining safe. The "Frog" unmanned complex is a simple four-wheeled platform with remote control.

The carrying capacity of the device is 30 kg, and the built-in camera allows the operator controlling it to bypass obstacles, directing the drone accurately at the target. The "Frog" is capable of hitting targets at a distance of over three kilometers.

Earlier, www1.ru reported that a combat platform "Impulse-M" with ATGM was created for the Russian military. The platform has a modular design, which makes "Impulse-M" attractive for use not only on the front lines, but also for transporting goods in the civilian sphere.
